Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals establish a life worth living through four practical skill sets. Group members will learn mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness in order to decrease vulnerable feelings and behaviors and improve relationships.
DBT Group:
Thursday 6:00 - 7:15 PM. $65/per session. Limited to 8 Members. 12-week commitment and requires consultation prior to enrollment.
1 reduced fee spot available for BIPOC / members of the LGBTQIA+ community / or those financially unstable at this time.
