Annsley March, LCSW
Clinical Supervisor
Annsley provides clinical supervision through an integrative lens that weaves together psychoanalysis, relational approaches, and trauma-informed therapy. In group supervision, Annsley creates a warm, supportive space where clinicians feel safe to be both vulnerable and inquisitive, particularly when exploring the nuanced dynamics of transference and countertransference in their work. She values building authentic, collaborative relationships with her supervisees, helping them expand and enliven their clinical skills with confidence and insight.
Annsley graduated from The Silberman School of Social Work and trained as an LMSW at the Blanton-Peale Institute & Counseling Center. She completed postgraduate training at The Stephen Mitchell Relational Study Center, The William Alanson White Institute, and the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. Her clinical interests center on the ways culture, race, class, sexual identity, attachment trauma, and intergenerational trauma shape widespread challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relational difficulties.
