Yvonne brings a foundation of deep care to her clinical work, centering a warm, collaborative, and trauma‑informed approach. She emphasizes the mind–body connection, meeting each client where they are with genuine acceptance and grounded support. Yvonne’s work is informed by relational, narrative, attachment, and liberation‑informed frameworks, with a focus on creating a therapeutic space that is attuned to each individual’s goals and experiences.

Yvonne supports individuals across a range of concerns, including trauma, chronic stress, identity exploration, life transitions, and challenges that intersect with physical health and wellbeing. She identifies as a person of mixed Asian American and Caucasian American heritage and is committed to working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as college‑aged and young adults.

Her practice emphasizes safety, collaboration, and respect for the whole person throughout the healing process. Over the last 15 years, Yvonne’s previous work as a medical massage therapist taught her about the value of self-knowledge. She applies a variety of therapeutic modalities and integrates them with a holistic approach tailored to each client. Yvonne  holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Smith School for Social Work.
