NY Therapy Practice is Hiring
NYTP is hiring fee for service psychotherapists. We are looking for someone who can work a minimum of 15 hours, preference given for full-time of 25+ hours. We offer a flexible schedule and competitive fees and benefits.
Qualifications:
LMSW, LMHC, LCSW licensure in New York or limited permits/temporary licenses required
Experience working in a clinical setting with direct client services
Assessment and diagnosis experience and knowledge of DSM-5
Must be organized and be able to complete documentation in specified time frames
3-year commitment required
Applicants must be LGBTQ+ affirming, body and sexuality positive and be committed to meeting the needs of people from diverse identities and experiences
Must not be employed in another group practice or other private practice work
Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups
Maintain clinical notes, diagnosis and treatment plans and all required documentation
Participate in weekly clinical supervision
Case management and coordination of care with outside providers
Responsive to emails and intake calls within 24 hours of outreach

This is a W-2 position, psychotherapists are hired as employees of the practice.
Annual $250 education stipend to each employee to be applied toward relevant professional trainings.

Regarding Covid19:
We value the health and wellness of our team, clients and community. We are utilizing a hybrid model at this time. Remote sessions allow our clinicians flexibility in scheduling. A weekend day and/or weekday evening may be required.
